6 tablespoons grated horseradish
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 dl sour cream
1 tsp mustard powder

All mixed in a bowl.

Excellent for lamb chops, steaks or even on a burger!
