Horseradish Cream

• 6 tablespoons grated horseradish

• 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

• 4 teaspoons sugar

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 5 dl sour cream

• 1 tsp mustard powder

All mixed in a bowl.

Excellent for lamb chops, steaks or even on a burger!
